Had a great experience today. I came in looking for a part for my jeep, sadly your store was out of stock and the closest part was a day or 2 away. However Rob was extremely helpful, he called another store to help track this down for me. Rob also has a lot of knowledge on my series of jeep, he gave advice on some future work I have to do on it. Overall great experience and given me a resource on my projects. Thanks again.
Bought injectors for my mustang. More expensive than the other shops to start, but they had them in stock. I assumed I was buying new injectors for nearly $700, but they were “refurbished”. But really they came coated in grease smelling like gas, and one was broken. I was not informed that I was buying refurbished injectors, and I stated that I wanted new ones for my car. I have never truly had a positive experience there, including their prices and actually receiving the correct part, but this made me go Karen. NAPA is a last resort for me. I don’t know if they just don’t know what they’re doing, or if they don’t care. This is for the backyard mechanics who cannot afford to waste $700 on junk, stock injectors.
As some other reviewers say, it really depends who you get at the front desk. The guy I dealt with was rude and unhelpful. I asked about getting correct replacement bulbs for side marker lights on my vehicle, but according to the guy side marker lights don't exist on vehicles. He didn't ask about the bulb type, just silent like I asked something absurd. Not thinking much of it, I gave the bulb details anyway and was then corrected on the pronunciation of the bulb brand name. Obvious at that point it was clear the guy didn't want to be there. When the customer is being the friendly one and gets attitude back, it's not a great first impression. In the end I bought the bulbs, but won't be returning to this NAPA location again in future.
Thank you for the amazing service. I believe his name was alley, was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. Rob was also amazing and gave my kids each a hotwheels car. They were so happy. Thanks
I am one happy customer!! Went to drop off my car as there was a squealing noise coming from my wheel, jay came in the car with me to hear the noise, figured out which wheel it was coming from and was able to locate and remove the stuck rock. So cost me nothing and was there a total of 10 min. Thank you again Jay!!
NAPA's business model is to stock parts and assist customers in identifying required parts. Nothing is ever in stock and when parts are ordered in they are consistently wrong. Offering a standard exchange policy is irrelevant and does NOT solve the issue of 4 hours of wasted time.
The best NAPA outlet I've ever visited. Awesome customer service. Cal at the counter was amazing, he helped me select the right battery for my suv. Very knowledgeable and soft spoken. Good job. Keep it up.
Hold please .. for 10 minutes and was super unhelpful, felt extremely bad during the whole interaction ..yet another reason I shop down the road .. when customer service and courtesy is missing ..
Always the go to spot for parts in airdrie. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Been a huge help making sure I get the correct part as I have a motor swap & had to mismatch parts ^^
Got a couple of lawn mower belts last year with good service on the special order. Ordered the same two belts this year but they didn't ever phone back. Long wait on the phone so finally hung up. Then went to store, a 1/2 drive only to find just one person working. In response to someone phoning, he was told it would be a minimum 15 minute wait to talk to someone. So another long wait while servicing another customer so I finally left. Still don't know if the two NAPA belts they were to bring in for me ever arrived. Seems like they've dropped the ball and long waiting times to talk to someone both by phone and in person likely will lead to purchasing elsewhere. However, they did finally phone and I received the belts so upgraded them to 3 stars and will give them another chance at my business.
