Real Canadian Superstore

I've been buying mandarin oranges by the bags the past few weeks, as well as mangoes as these are the only 2 staples I have appetite for since my cancer diagnosis. Suffice to say, I have had loads of disappointments with the quality of the fruits bought elsewhere UNTIL I tried from your store recently. To date I have bought 3 times and I have never once had to throw away any and never been disappointed either!! Your mandarins are the best by far - large, sweet and juicy AND surprisingly, from Morocco!!! TQSM for selling good quality and fresh foods from all departments - I truly appreciate your store, proudly Canadian too!!!

Today, I Was looking for a specific bakery item that I couldn’t findnI asked 3 different employees on the floor no one of them was able to help or to show me where I can find the product I needed. Luckily I got an awesome help from “Kate”nThank you Kate for your help and great customer service.nI think,the management should give some training to the employees to be able to support customers when asked for and to have a good approach with customer.nThank you

I have to say that I am super disappointed with this location! With everything happening in our country, they have not put Canadian flags or some sort of marking on products at Real CANADIAN Superstore. The fact that they have sooooo many American products is also crazy to me. I understand that this has almost come out of nowhere, but we should be seeing a transition away from products leaving the store at a Canadian owned Franchise. Do better Superstore! For me personally, I am ok with less products to support our country against the Regime south of us. Source better! I will personally stop shopping here if something doesn't start to change. With any luck, others will too until you learn the right thing to do for our country!

Today i bought this chocolate on 1 feb 2025 but i found it that it was expired on last October 2024understand that purchasing an expired product can be quite frustrating. Discovering this after the fact adds another layer of inconvenience. It's important to address such matters to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate expiration dates is crucial for a positive shopping experience.

This place was so gross. From the minute we walked in the door, the smell emanating from the produce section hit me in the face. How do you possibly have that many rotting vegetables in one place? Bathroom, beyond gross. I had a multimillionaire investor tell me once, if you want to know what a business thinks of their customers or employees, just check out their washrooms.
