Fantastic service! I needed a new vehicle unexpectedly and they were not only helpful and listened to what I wanted, they made what I have always found to be a stressful experience one that was pleasant and painless. I not only got what I wanted at a great price, but the staff were beyond wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership.

Old school used car dealer ploys. Advertised and price based on features that don’t exist on the actual unit, tried to add $1,000+ in fees and costs on top of the final sale price after the fact, avoided direct questions... You know, basically acted like you would hope used car dealers wouldn’t. EDIT FOR SPECIFICITY: Contrary to provincial legislation, they advertised one price and then afterward tried to add to what they described as "standard" fees that are part of all sales. These fees included AMVIC, registration, administration and a platinum driver's club membership. The unit itself was also advertised as having a rear camera, moonroof, fog lights and automatic headlights that did not exist in reality. My advice to potential customers is to make sure what they advertise is what they get and to keep in mind any displayed/advertised car prices, by law, must be "all in" save for GST so any other fee they say is "standard" fee is actually entirely optional.

Was 4 stars until we found out that our vehicle needed a new engine not even a week after we got it.. Along with Phil did lie to us about some things we asked which wasn't cool at all.

We weren't sure what to expect when we arrived at Cam Clark Super Store because we had just had a horrible experience with a different used car lot. Chad did everything you could imagine to make us feel comfortable and welcome into the idea of purchasing a new Ford. He has to be one of the best car sales men we have ever met. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove and didn't pressure us to purchase whatsoever. He than introduced us to Carolee who is absolutely wonderful. She worked within our budget and did everything she could to get us the best financing possible. Carolee kept in contact with us throughout the entire process giving us updates regularly. We couldn't be happier with our 2016 Ford Fusion which is afFORDable and reliable. Thanks to Cam Clark Super Store for everything. You have definitely created a lasting impression and we will speak nothing but the best of you to our friends and family.

I always go into a dealership with some apprehension, but after talking to the people here ahead of time and having a plan before going in helped. I was referred to them through Canada Drives and they reached out and called getting everything pretty well in place before we even got there. I am etremely happy with our new to us 2013 Ford Explorer and will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much for going above and beyond.
