Very friendly, professional, and helpful. I could tell they wanted to help save me money, even though I was only buying a few things and I'd never been there before.
Kept me informed as to when the special order paint would arrive and even let me know when they ran into issues. Great communication and managed my expectations well. The girl working there was great to deal with when I picked everything up.
Coming here today was an absolute pleasure. I didn’t have too much knowledge on what to do redoing my bedroom and Jared was an amazing help with everything. I will absolutely be returning for all of my near future paint needs!
Incredibly helpful staff. I came in needing paint for touch ups 4 years after I bought some and they went out of their way to help me track down the colour I had purchased. Very friendly and helpful staff
Why I love it? Welll... I am a Red Seal Painter/Decorator. I get called to projects all across Canada. No matter if I am in Vancouver, Lethbridge or Ottawa, my Sherwin Williams is there for me with friendly faces, a deal most of the time, and consistency of quality product. That's why I love these guys and gals. Wear your mask, wash your hands, physically distance. Cheers!
Can't say enough good things about this store, great staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Not intrusive but ready to respond as needed.
Store hours do NOT match the listings on the official site or their google business listing. Highly dissapointing. Called to get any information about holiday hours and there was no answer or messaging system.
