Strange policy at this location! I've bought cologne from dozens of Shoppers around the province, and usually smell 10-20 of them before making a decision. Sometimes more. Staff have always been extremely helpful, though I usually try to spray the cards myself to not inconvenience them while I'm indecisive. But here, while the service was friendly, I was told I could only smell 3. I thought she was making a joke, because she sprayed 2 more for me after. Then while she helped a customer, I sprayed another for myself. At this point she saw me and told me that this would be the last one, as they usually only allow people to spray a couple? Very bizarre and totally unnecessary. I felt like asking "why?", but that would have been futile. Very condescending and strange policy. Won't be buying from this location any more when I'm in town again based on this awkward experience alone.
