Usually I have good experiences shopping in this store, but not tonight. We went to purchase paint for a project. I was waiting around the desk for Joel to finish up with another customer and when he does, I thought he would ask me if I needed help but instead he just leans against the counter and ignores me. He did follow after I said we had a question about some paint. I felt like he didn’t know what he was talking about and finally he mentions the product that we were asking about to begin with. As we were explaining the area and what we were doing, all we got from him was total disinterest. His attitude was of a teenager who hated his job even though he was probably in his early 20’s and wouldn’t go above and beyond for anyone that walked in that store. To the owners of this store, Joel could use more training.
Wow! Love this store. Great selection. Knowledgeable staff. Went in for one item, came out with a cart full of amazing gifts and Christmas decorations.
I've been shopping here for years. The store is always well stocked and well kept up. The staff is friendly. I wish they would add a lumber yard to their product mix.
They have this fashion nook in the store that has these absolutely cute sandals! The employee was so helpful converting the European sizes to North American sizes. The stock is not in the display area so the employee was super nice about going to the storeroom to get the size I needed.
I love this store! They have things that you couldn't even imagine. Beautiful home decor, women's clothing and kitchen stuff. A beautiful selection of purses and some jewelry as well. Along with what you would guess would be there is there...an awesome store for both husband and wife!
I'm not able to drive at present so am using my walker to get around close to home. There was an item on sale that I wanted to buy but did not feel like paying to have it delivered especially since I only lived a long block from the store. However I had to go in on the Wednesday as the sale was over that day. The gentleman I dealt was very helpful as he was to fix the item -- which was long and kind of awkward to handle -- securely to the walker and away I went and made it home with no problem ‼
It has a little bit of everything, to help with any house or yard project you may have on the go.
This places has awesome decor....very friendly and inviting
Staff is helpful and friendly. Very neat store.
Absolutely lovely people in a fun / unique place to shop.... They have pretty much everything. One seldom walks out of this store without finding something to buy.
