DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

We ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday and he wanted an NHL team's logo Buffalo Sabres on it. I was expecting like an edible printed logo, but no, the person who decorated the cake piped the logo out. It was amazing! It was done with such precision and detail that everyone was super impressed. The skill and care taken to make his birthday cake fantastic is so greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

It was SO slow! There were about 8 teenagers/young adults in the back, 1 girl in front taking all orders and it took 45 minutes to get our food and desserts and it was so messy. There were 3 other people waiting for things after we ordered and only 1 person ahead of us. I highly recommend going to a different location. There was no teamwork to be seen.

Stopped by the Dairy Queen in West Lethbridge for a classic banana split, and it was a delightful treat! The presentation was inviting, with fresh banana slices framing the creamy swirls of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream, pineapple, chocolate syrup, and cherry drizzle. The flavors were well-balanced, though the toppings could have been distributed a bit more evenly. The dessert was served in a sturdy container, making it easy to enjoy without any mess. While the portion size was generous and satisfying, the service was a tad slow despite the restaurant not being overly busy. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a nostalgic ice cream indulgence—definitely worth a visit if you’re craving something sweet!

Staff was picking stuff up off the ice cream machine and throwing at one another and then continuing to giggle and laugh while we ordered three the drive through. Couldn’t take the prefer she was too busy laughing. Very unprofessional behaviour and staff. Somone need to watch these “kids”

Changed to 1 star because I followed the link in the reply and received a resolution that essentially said “ sucks to be you”.nnDownloaded the app just to get an “only in app” deal which was then not provided. Same deal was available in-store, but I’d already paid in the app. Stood there waiting for my order while more than dozen ppl were served. My name was never called. Had to ask someone what happened. Then they gave it to me by this time the burger was cold. No apology for the misunderstanding, more like I should have magically known my order was ready. Chaotic atmosphere. It’s in my neighborhood, but I won’t be back. Took the online survey too with no satisfaction on the problems I encountered with the app and the store.
