Canadian Tire

Great bunch of guys here in the Automotive Repair department. I have never understood why some people give Canadian Tire such a negative viewpoint. I have never had anything but good experiences at any CT store. But speaking of this location specifically, I am very pleased with the service I received today. Came to talk about an issue and I was in a serious time crunch as I use my vehicle for work all day, and was on the clock when I came in. They solved my issue extremely fast and I was on my way and back to work, quicker than a lunch break. Can't thank you guys enough for the superb customer service. Thanks!

Only had terrible experiences at this canadian tire, staff is useless if you can manage to find an employee. Just went in to get some upholstery cleaner for my car and had to look around for 15 minutes to find a group of employees all chatting so I asked them if I could get some help. One lady walked away and said "no" followed by the other guy telling me to grab a product that I already told him is not on the shelf. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere unless you know exactly where everything you need is or have alot of spare time to do everything on your own.

One of my go to stores as they carry a good variety of items. I usually can find what I need here. The people I dealt with today were friendly and helpful.

Our experiences at Canadian Tire are usually standard, but today we went to the Garden Centre and Emma Was AMAZING. She helped us with all of our tree needs, loaded the truck with us and made sure everything was safe and secure before we drove off. Excellent customer service Emma, I can definitely see why you were recently promoted to supervisor !

Went to replace a common tool and they are sold out. Told they don't make a order until they run out. This is the second time coming here for a 3/8 ratchet in a month and a half and they still do not have it in Stock. No longer will come to this one for tools.
