I stayed only one night but I found my room very clean, extremely comfortable and the bedding was amazing. Crisp white Downy covers and the pillows were amazing!!! There were 4 to each bed in my double room. I had 2 comfortable armchairs in my room and a desk with a computer chair. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs so you don't have to spend all your time on the bed to relax. My room was spacious, clean very comfortable and my bed was amazing. I didn't move the whole night I was that relaxed and comfortable in bed which says a lot since I have neck and upper back problems 24 hours access to the gym and pool staff was professional and friendly, having the shuttle to the airport was wonderful. I would happily stay there again

Checked in to find out that we were on the first floor (basement). People were nice and lobby was pleasant and welcoming. Got to my room and noticed the carpet was stained in multiple places, the furniture was ripped and stained. My daughter had just finished a hockey game and went to take a shower to have brownish water come out of the head. She ran it for a couple minutes then it cleared. We asked to move rooms and was told they were full until the next day. We moved rooms the next night to the third floor. When we got into the room I noticed that the walls had holes in them, the toilet would only flush if you held the handle down the entire time. The toilet was also loose on the floor rocking back and forth as you sit on it. Overall the hotel needs a total renovation. We will not be going back and I would stay away unless they renovate the place. For a Sheraton it was way under expectations.

Location is very close to the airport, with a shuttle to and from available. There is a shopping center next door with multiple food options in the area. The hotel does feature a restaurant on site as well. The rooms are clean and recently renovated. The staff is friendly. The WiFi speeds are capable of streaming video.

I stayed here overnight, from checking in to checking out was a pleasure. The staff is amazing, polite and helpful. The room was spotless. The king size bed was so comfortable. My view was the runway it was so pretty at night time seeing the lights of the planes, and it's definitely sound proof couldn't hear a thing. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to family from out of state to stay when they come.

A semi renovated property with lots of small short comings. First I'm going to list the positives. The bed and linens are very good. The bath area is nice. TV is dated and too small with wires shooting out from behind with no hdmi ports. All throughout the hotel and in the rooms there is just a lack of basic maintenance from easily fixed paint defects to nonworking outlets in the rooms and other stuff just looking like the hotel doesn't have a system to do minor basic repairs. Hotel staff are nice but given the rates which are about the same as it would cost in downtown Providence. It is nice that there is no parking charge. Investment in a few minor maintenance items and an upgrade to the tvs and this property could be a 3-4 star property. Right now it reminds me more of a lower tier hotel properties than a Sheraton.
