It is very clean. Definitely the choice to make over the surrounding hotels. The staff is very nice. I'm on the second floor and the keys to open the doors are NFC, you tap it as opposed to sliding it in. It makes it nice so if it is late you don't have to make sure to put your card in the right way. I have a double full bed room with a fridge. Standard but nice.

Overall, a good hotel. The lobby was very nice, the service excellent. The room was very clean, to include the bathroom. Had all of the amenities you expect from most hotels. A very nice desk with everything you need to conduct business. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not at all. But as we all know, that's always a very personal thing. There was NO continental breakfast. There is a "restaurant" in the lobby. They serve basic food choices and Starbucks coffee. It is extremely overpriced, which is to be expected for being in a captive environment. The food was simple, nothing spectacular. The service here was a bit lacking. Our "server" took my wife's food to the wrong table, and didn't realize the mistake for a few minutes. But again, it is not a professional restaurant, more like a part time restaurant. I really liked the lobby amenities. Business office, relaxing area with a tv, tables to sit nd eat and socialize, and a computer terminal for checking in for flights and printing boarding passes. I assume this is complimentary, but I didn't ask. There was also a small grocery shop inside by the front desk. They had a wine cooler with beer and some other drinks as well. There really isn't anything to do in the local area, it is Warwick. But the proximity to the airport more than makes up for that.

This was a great overnight stop with the kids. They were able to swim at night in the indoor pool, swim in the ocean the next morning, and then be able to shop for school clothes at Providence Place that afternoon. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and I would love to go back.

Amazing suite. Great food. The General manager has a bad attitude. And really shouldnt work in hospitality industry. And looks like some that rub off on few of her Front desk staff members. Not engaging. Rude. And because of my staff intertaction its reflected in my score

Been here several times. The Bistro and front desk people were great as usual. The rooms have deteriorated. Spider two of the last two nights there. Forgot to clean one day we were gone. The day they Cleaned the suite for us to move left dirty wash rag on the tub. Usually stay at Marriott properties, but maybe getting to big for same Q.C expectations. Steve Holcomb
