Maria is a great manager and assisted me with registering a car for a client. It was a long process due to many forms and letters, but she did her best to assist me. After a couple of visits, we had it done. Unlike other locations, this location was patient and actually wanted to help while following the rules.

I almost never write a review for any place. But this ServiceOntario location is terrible. My family, friends, and I have been to this location on several occasions. Everyone hates it. Worst customer service experience from most of the employees. They all seem like they hate their job, or their life. Who knows. I've received better customer service at a downtown bar washroom. I'd give a 2 star for decently fast service but half of them don't know what they're doing. Bravo to whoever hired and trained these souls.

Hi. There is always a line here, but the staffs work rapidly. Saturday is more crowded but good news is a nice and friendly Iranian lady works there on Saturday that can assist you in "Farsi" for your OHIP. Some of the staffs are very restrict, so I suggest if one staff let you down, return to the line & try another one! Good Luck

Taxation is theft, government is plunder. They've been using our tax money made from our blood and toil to treat us, the taxpayers, like they're treating the homeless freeloaders during 1930s who simply have to wait submissively in a long line just to beg for some dole from the government. No one needs a slave master to tell them what to do, nor they need government 'permits' to pursue their dreams and happiness. Admit it, our public healthcare is costly and lame; and anyone without a government 'permit' can still be able to drive safely as long as they have the sufficient ability and training to do so. Any 'government office' nationwide, includes this one, totally has nothing to do with service but only slavery.

Do yourself a huge favor, and find a different location. This place has huge line-ups, mostly un-staffed work-stations, and the staff who are there are mostly slow, poorly-trained, and seem quite disinterested in their work. I went there for something that should have been quite simple. I sold a vehicle for scrap, and wanted it removed from my record. After waiting for nearly 50 minutes in line, the person I went to, told me to come back after 6 days.I asked why, and she pointed out a line in a form to me that said "within 6 days". She interpreted that to mean "after 6 days". That section didn't even apply to me. It applied to people registering vehicles in their names, not deleting them. After some argument, when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she handed me some forms to fill out, and told me to come back to her. When I got back to her station, she had left, and was talking on the phone in a corner. Then she finally told me to go to another person. That person said she couldn't help because she ddidn't know how to do what I needed done. Finally, after spending over an hour there, the car was removed from my record, and I walked out. I've been going to this location for over three decades, and I'm never going back.
