I felt suffocation and so did an old lady who kept saying that she does not feel so good to the receptionist but she was ignored . I guess there was no proper ventilation. There was a puddle of water on the floor and nobody cleaned it or put a "Caution" sign and gave an excuse that they do not have it. I overheard the employees talking to an old couple and an old man. I could hear that she was being really rude with old couple and her tone of voice was aggresive. The latter actually confused Service Ontario with Service Canada and got yelled at by the employee that they do not deal with this stuff. I felt bad at the customer service they were providing. I waited 45 minutes for my turn and it was fast after i went in.That was the only positive thing about this establishment. I will never go back there though.

Arrived at around 1:30 and was done by 2. Professional and cordial encounter and a short wait time. Everything was smooth and predictable.

Very friendly staff. Short waiting time. And the lady who served us is very nice and very polite, her name is Diana. Thank you Diana and everyone for the great service! :)

Excellent experience and I can't believe I'm saying that! LOL I made an appt to have my health card renewed, and I kid you not, I was in and out of the building in less than 20 minutes! They work hard and know what they're doing! ***EDIT: so as it happens, the document I dropped off at this location somehow never made its way to its destination. The staff literally lost it and it delayed my case by over a month....insane.
