There is nobody there to answer the phone. I have been calling since 10 am it is now 2.50 pm and the call is being transferred to a an automated v/m that the voice mailbox is full. Unacceptable for any offices related to Community and Social Services.

The service here is horrible, it is a shame to see all these people in need being ignored. There is noone to pick up the phone ever, you can call but your line will always be put on the automated message system. It's like calling a non-existent office. What's the point of having a phone number if noone is there is to answer?
