Great service. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Renewed drivers licence and health card within 15 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. Best to go after 10 when it's not so busy.

I went to renew my health card and had all the required documents prepared. However, an agent at the location kept insisting that I did not have enough documentation. Frustrated, I decided to try another Service Ontario nearby, and there were no issues with renewing my health card there. It seems that the agent at the first location needs better training and knowledge about their procedures.

I had a really bad experience at this location as well as many others. I went to renew my daughter‘s health card and had pretty much all the documents with me, including the expired health card and my daughter was with me. However, my daughter was 16 years of age.nnThey wanted a piece of document of my daughter signature, that was the only thing I didn’t have. I waited in line for about an hour and a half just to hear this. They said I have to come back to show something with her signature. They were very rude and disrespectful because I was upset and they told me not to come back. However, I went to another Service Ontario location with the exact same documents. All they did was ask my daughter to sign her signature on a piece of paper. That was it problem solved. Now how could we go to a different Service Ontario location and have a totally different experience over something so simple. This is crazy. Those staff don’t have any common sense. They think they’re doing everything right and by the books. However,they use no discretion. It seems like all of them operate on different set of rules and I don’t know if it’s because they have different owners but that’s wild.nnI did make a complaint to the Service Ontario headquarter and you can too. You can go to Service Ontario website and get this information and you can also email them too and make a complain.

I have been visiting this ministry of transportation office at O'Connor and Victoria park for more than 20 years unfortunately my experience has been mostly frustrating almost every visit that find a reason to delay or refuse service even when documents are valid this creates unnecessary stress and waste time over the years I have personally absorbed what feels like unequal treatment depending on background public service should be fair and respectful to everyone without bias I truly hope management reviews customer service standards and ensures all staff treats people equally and professionally this office really needs improvement

Very bad experience at this ServiceOntario in .One month ago, they told me to bring some documents for my health card and photo ID. I brought everything they asked for, but today they said it’s still not enough. The staff were laughing and not respectful. This is not the first time — the same thing happened to my sister before. I was very sick and needed my health card for a checkup, but they made things harder. I went to another ServiceOntario, and they accepted my papers and treated me with respect. This location needs to do better.
