Very Swift and smooth process. They got 4-5 counters which made it easy. I lost my DL & applied for a new one. They gave me a temporary DL for the time being.

Came here on a Thursday afternoon with an appointment for 1:50PM. There was no line outside thankfully, it was a snowy, chilly day, but it was crowded inside. I would say there were about 30-40 seats, most were taken. I found a few empty seats on the far end, but some chose to stand near the entrance. There is a little computer near the front to sign in with or without an appointment and then you'll be given a code by text or print. An automated speaker will let you know when to go up. I checked in at 1:35PM and received my text saying it's my turn at 1:43PM, so an appointment does make a difference. I had to renew my expired drivers license. It was as simple as giving the worker my card, paying the fee, getting a new photo taken, and signing a couple papers. I was out by 1:50PM. Swift and easy for me, but not sure how long the wait would be without an appointment. Obviously, many people were there for a while and were there after I left. Guess I'll see when I renew my passport at another location tomorrow~

It was very quick process. I went there for vehicle registration and new number plate and driver training certificate everything was done so quickly. All staff members were very efficient in processing your request and proper arrangements for lineups. Even was long queue and within an hours on Monday morning i completed my work. And after i came out there was no one in queue outside.nThank you for service.

They changed the system. Before you would line up and be attended too within an hour max. Now you have to take a number and they just have people sitting there for hours on end. Just An easy way for them to mess around with people’s time and have to take no accountability. Bad location go to a better one

James and Natia at this Service Ontario provided outstanding customer service. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making the entire process quick and easy. I truly appreciated their professionalism and friendly approach. Highly recommend!
