Next-Steps Employment Centre

This centre deserves more recognition for all the support they provide to people looking for work or education. They welcomed me with open arms while finding every possible way to help me. Isabel and Christine and the rest of the staff got me a job interview today and I start work tomorrow. These are real quality people who love to help. God bless these women.

I am writing this review to help people who are in the same situation as me (job seeker). Sometimes we think we know but not, and that thoughts keep us behind the truck repeating doing wrong things and later we do not know what the problem is until we give up. Please use employment centre (next step) it's really help. They have different Workshop sessions that teach people on how to prepare themselves for the interview which is the key to job. Please make sure you attend all the workshops sessions that includes the resume, cover letter and you will see the different. It is not a waste of time at all. GO AND EXPERIENCE YOURSELF. Good luck!

The worst service I ever seen! Don't waist your precious time going there even if you are new comers, go to another employement center. No following up, never been sent a job ad, you call and they don't return yours unprofessional and they re there just to show that they are working. Wonder why governement give money to such centers

It's a joke.... I recently called in to find more information about the hidden job market, but I got an idiot on the phone named "jimmy" who can't even answer my question properly. Telling me oh we cannot disclose any information about what company in coming on the day of February the third "which is tomorrow", he continue to annoy me and started to aggravate me even more. I specifically told him I am a member of the organization and replied back if he could speak English properly with good customer service. Many people who obtain these great jobs are imbeciles, they have no clue on how to answer a phone call at work properly, but for those who are in a desperate need for a proper job they can't even get one. I would recommend Next-Steps Employment Centre to fix there management team and give opportunities to people that need it, not a old man who can't even answer the phone properly.
