They are not very helpful. They go by the book and are not helpful. They did not help me find a job even though I went through a two week training and did everything they advised to do. In addition, they do not have scanner for job search. they don't have a phone to use for job search. For example, when I needed a scanner to scan tax documents, they declined to help dismissing it as not 'employment related'. They advised to go to a shop in the store for scanner. When you are broke, not employed and not on OW, it is hard to pay for scan service. I had to go Humber College Employment Services for the same service for scanner. JVS said they do not have funding to buy scanner but Humber has the same thing.... this tells me they do not know the priorities of their clients. If it is management decision, this is not rational and should be reviewed. Obviously the people who made this decision to discontinue scanner service is not in touch with the struggles of the unemployed youth.... Commuting by TTC just to go to another employment Centre etc. I am very dissatisfied and will share this experience with friends. PS: I have never gone on a website and written a bad review of any institution before this. This explains my frustration. Disappointed Client

i would say this employment place is rather nice if your a member you can print stuff and edit your resume no problem, if you need help with making a resume just ask if you could see a consular and it should be no problem i plan to come here again just to get extra help
