Worst service ever. Spend time in court, obviously if it is court order then it's right and should be done. So couple months after court Fro decides to do some review, they have taken apon themselves. Without letting anyone know. So when money is not in account. I call few times a day leave messages for the good old caseworker. Who has 24 to 48 hrs to get back to me. I get no call back, I just push random numbers until I get to talk to a human. Who tells me about this review they are doing on my case. The money was put into the account by my child's dad on time. So no idea why there is any review being done. So someone then tells my X that the money should be released by 24 or 28th, I guess. So while in their account who gets the interest on the money. And if their screw up, why do I have to wait for the support payments. For their mistake. Totally not impressed. Absolutely useless bunch all together.

It may be hard to reach them , but not impossible. Their phone menu is complicated and they have #s for automated response and for agent. If you do not use the right one, you are doomed. With patience and a case no handy, you will make it.

The worst ever for response. Every time you call it's a different case worker. I'm 100% they don't pay out to the recipient on time because they collect interest or some kind of commision on the money that was paid to them. If you don't enquire you won't get the money your ex partner has been paying or garnished off there wage. Mine went to court with them and he said all assets were freezed in Aug, or Sept..Court date in Oct, told to give it a few weeks for them to asses (actually had a phone call back within a few hours I was shocked) after that I've been calling frequently and no one returns my calls or let's me know what's going on. I would love a job where you can pass the baton so much and never be held accountable for loose ends and get a pay out from it!

They dont enforce even when enough time has lapsed and all requirements to enforce have been met...And trust me a ridiculous amount of time is given between voluntary repayment plans, warnings, etc Once a dead beat parent knows the protocal they will push it. I once waited over 2.5 years for a drivers licence to be suspended and magically the money owed got payed once that was enforced...although after 6 months they can apply that measure if protocal is followed properly/steps taken in a timely manner.

Call answered - lol (leave a message), Try getting hold of a real person, anyway truth be told many many years have passed (15 or so) and the court and fro just dont work together. What is spelled out in court order very clearly Fro wants proof. You give proof (notice from the post secondary school that he withdrew and is no longer a student. He actually is living now with us and looking for work yet as long as the other party says no, I continue to pay. ughh get it together! It clearly states as long as child is in post secondary. Why am i paying someone who has nothing to do with the child/adult really now. Fro really is not the answer !
