Absolutely terrible service, called a cab to take my mom to the airport hotel, was told it would be 15 minutes before the cab arrived. 45 minutes later, still no cab, so we called, was told it would be another 5 minutes, then when the cab did finally arrive, the driver refused to take her to the correct address, and demanded payment upfront, as well as changed the rate from 70 dollars to 100 for the trip. Just do yourself a favor and stick with an actually reliable cab company.
Fell asleep in the taxi just to awake up and find I was charged literally double 53 dollars to now 106 for the same trip that was originally supposed to cost me much less. I should’ve just used Uber instead , this company is awful. Go with technology that can estimate your ride before you get one because leaving it up to “the meter” is NOT ideal.
Worst taxi driver ever. I asked for a cab with jump starter to assist. The lady on the customer service was nice enough to send a driver with a jump starter and the guy comes in ask for 25 dollars to jump start the car and within a second when the car is off, he asks for another 25 to Jumpstart again. He hasn't even left the driveway and the audacity of the guy to asks money is just horrendous. No wonder Uber took over these taxi scammers. Good riddance
This is the worst taxi service around, if I could give it negative 5 stars I would. My mother has dementia and she is physically ill right now, I called a cab for her doctor's appointment today and they just would not send a taxi so we missed the appointment. If there is any way I can sue this company for that in small claims court, I will try to find it. Terrible company, terrible people. Adding this after their reply And they turn around after you give them a bad review on a public forum and be all apologetic, but if you talk to them in person on the phone where no one else can see, they just could not care less and they make sure you clearly understand that. Terrible people whose apology is just burnt offerings.
Good service. On time and clean car, had a nice conversation with the driver. I would highly recommend this service.
Highly recommended. I had asked a Lyft and they stood me up without notice. Then I asked a Cab in this company and I was about to loose a train, so they sent me the cab really fast! And the taxi driver did an amazing job too to get me there on time.

I arranged a pick up for my parents as they needed a ride. Booking by phone was easy and fast, they were also very polite. My parents were able to call and arrange to be dropped back home with zero problems as well.
When I called back after the cab didn't come in 20 minutes the dispatcher admitted right away that they'd sent the cab to the wrong location and promptly sent one to the correct location. It's wasn't a particularly fun wait, what with tending a very pregnant woman sitting on an overturned butt bucket in the rain sodden parking lot of Best Buy at on Progress Rd. at midnight after an extremely enervating day. Oh well, we were already there, the rain had stopped, it was cool. When the driver finally did arrive they were professional and courteous and quick got us where we needed to go. He didn't even complain about me paying debit for a $5 fare. Mistakes happen, nothing to do but move on forward and try to fix em, right? That was my first experience with this company and I subsequently called them again a few days later and everything went like perfect clockwork on that ride. Tldr: When in Rome, call Scarborough City Cab.
