Save On Foods Grocery Store on 41st and Dunbar area , has a large parking area for ease of shopping..we always look at the. Weekly flyer to check out the grocery store deals..the store has wide aisles for ease of shopping..there is a shopping online and delivery options..

It's a decent enough grocery store, but they always seem to have long queues and not enough cashiers. No express till either. I have definitely found myself on occasion walking in looking at the queues and just walking back out again. We all know that the grocery business is doing quite well right now and there's no real need for this cost cutting measure

Plan staff breaks more efficiently please.nnAlso, someone in bakery was talking loudly about how it isn't her fault and things aren't being done right and other negative comments. Loud and with a couple curses.nnIs this a family friendly environment? I am just glad I didn't have my kids with me to witness the negativity. That is not professional behavior.

Not only is this save on generally more poorly stocked than any other I've been to in and out of Vancouver, but the staff here are genuinely rude and useless. I purchased clearance bulk Christmas candy recently and they charged me non-clearance price for the non-christmas equivalent. I then went back to return it when I noticed upon review of the receipt. The cashier at the service desk argued with me about what the price was apparently $10.30 - $1.80 is $7 and tried to bully me into accepting a refund of less than the price I paid. After pulling out a calculator to show her my math she does the same, realizes she is wrong, and the pawns me off on another cashier. This second cashier takes ~15 to process the return: the whole while struggling to get the correct number. At the end of it they still had the wrong amount. Honestly, I would be embarrassed to be that shamelessly incorrect and rude about it.

ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!! I didn’t use to check/ask mine and have been overcharged so many times. They “forget” to apply the promos constantly. It’s really unfortunate because it’s the closest grocery store but I see myself with no other alternative but to take my business elsewhere
