T & T Supermarket

While the some very nice and polite staffs in the ailes helped us finding some products and helping to choose the best sauces for certain dishes, the guy who brings the carts and baskets are very rude and threw the baskets in my feet when I was standing by the entrance getting my coat off.nYou definitely will find all kind of food from different places. The tags are confusing for who doesn't speak Chinese, what makes you want to leave very quickly.nI like going to T&T for fresh vegetables, prices are not the best, but fair.

This supermarket is a favorite among the local Chinese community. It offers a wide selection of groceries and household essentials, making it very convenient for nearby residents.nnThe hot food section is also impressive, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. For those who don’t feel like cooking, this is definitely a great option!

I’m always happy and excited to come to T&T.nEverything is perfect even the staff is so energetic even some of them are old but still they are sooooo good. Never disappointed, not even once. Thank you T&T. The pest part now they start bringing halal stuff. Specifically snacks. Keep it up T&T.

During lunchtime on weekdays? they have buffet-style hot food with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from; a nutritious meal can cost less than $15. The containers are one-use, though; it would be nice if it could be more environmentally-friendly, especially since there’s a dine-in area for people in the store. For example, chopsticks recycling could be introduced, like the boxes they have made available at UBC cafeteria.

I recently ordered a custom cake from this bakery and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The cake I received looked nothing like what I had described or discussed with the staff. For the price of the cake which was ridiculously high, I expected far better quality and attention to detail. Instead, the final product was completely off.nnTo make matters worse, the employee I dealt with was dismissive and arrogant when I tried to address my concerns. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was told none were available. It left me feeling like my business and feedback didn’t matter at all.nnBetween the overpriced, inaccurate cake and the unprofessional customer service, I can’t recommend this bakery. I definitely won’t be returning.
