Fantastic work and outstanding customer service! We've used Sauk Plains for all of our plumbing needs for the last 10 years. Steve, the owner,  takes personal responsibility for making sure things get done right and in a timely fashion. We trust them without hesitation. Replaced old water heater and water softener. SPPP came out and at the last minute we changed our 50 gallon original order to a 75 gallon, they accommodated the last minute change and got everything done within the time frame for the quoted price. The fellow that did the install was very knowledgeable and stayed on task. He seemed focused on his work - efficient with his time.  I recommend Sauk Plains Plumbing and Pumps highly.

I wanted to reduce my energy waste & cut my monthly bill.  I was glad to hear Sauk Plains had an option for me.  They have Noritz, which has a tankless water heater.  The investment is worth it & I know if I decide to sell, my house will be more desirable to a buyer in this tough market.
