E-Z Plumbing Co Inc

Avoid this guy at all costs. I'm convinced that any positive posts on here are fake and created by them. Scott, who I assume is the owner, was a complete ____hole on the phone once he figured out that the job wasn't going to be an expensive repair. We were assigned him through our home warranty and will never talk to this company again. He said we didn't respond to his call immediately when he called at 5:30 in the morning and i called him back before 7 AM. Somehow this wasn't quick enough. I'm assuming he forgot who the customer actually is. We were assigned him one other time, and he tried to pawn off extremely cheap faucet choices as "like kind" replacement. We had to threaten to cash out the job and take it to someone else before he finally got reasonable once the payment on the job was hung over his head. This guy is a total d-bag and i've heard it from other contractors in Verona.

Our residential remodel contractor hired this company to work on our project. These plumbers were terrible. One spent most of the time talking on the phone or complaining to us about our project details and his workload. He "forgot" to seal a stack that carries raw sewage through our garage. The second "professional" on our job told us the fixtures we picked out would not work with the counter top, so we had to show him the product instructions explaining exactly how this could be done. The second plumber also failed to seal a sink faucet, creating a leak into our cabinets and requiring yet another visit to correct the mistake. I would not use E-Z Plumbing again.

Scott and his team did a great job! He was very fair on price and the job was finished sooner than expected. Very pleased with the experience and will continue to use E-Z Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Final job was done well, however cost exceeded what was expected. The invoice does not break down expenses and they didn't provide a quote prior to work; lesson learned. Time to finish job spanned over many months when this could have been done much quicker.
