A plumber named Ken came to our office this morning he was kind courteous & very efficient. I was amazed with how knowledgeable he was & how quickly he was able to offer a replacement part to solve a leak we were concerned with. All of our staff at Maple Grove Dental agree that if we have futures needs at work or home we will call Ken @ Benjamin Plumbing to help us again. Thanks for your great service!

Called for an estimate on a service call for a repair to my water heater. Was told by the lady on the other end that service after 3:30 pm is considered overtime and the first hour would be a $270 charge. Clearly wanted to take advantage of me after I told her that I am out of town and this is for my rental unit. I wouldn't trust a business that is operating like this.

Always the best service and their parts folks are very helpful. went out their way to make sure I had the correct part and new how to install it correctly. We've used them for a number of projects and they've been fast, efficient and much better than the plumbers who did the original work in our house when we built it.

I just wanted to thank you for helping me late yesterday afternoon with my outdoor faucet. That you would take time from your busy schedule and duties as a business owner/manager to help a customer with a rather simple or insignificant problem speaks well of your commitment to customer service. In a day that exceptional customer service is a rarity it was refreshing to see it in action. My wife and I had used your company services when we remodeled our bathroom and were very happy with the service then as well.
