Plumbing & Glass Services Inc

I've engaged Plumbing and Glass on several occasions over the years — to run new water and drainage lines for our washing machine, replace our water heater and water softener, and replace a garbage disposal (twice, but that's to my own shame). They've always done good work, in my opinion. Joyce is always there early to answer the phone in her chipper way — which makes for a pleasant surprise when it's 7:30 in the morning and I'm expecting to go to voicemail. Their prices seem quite reasonable, and they've always been able to get someone out to do the work very quickly.

We have used Plumbing and Glass for many years for both plumbing and glass needs and have always been very pleased with their work and service. In our most recent experience they went above and beyond. Following recent rains my daughter discovered their sump pump not working on a Saturday morning and their basement filling with water. I called the emergency number for Plumbing and Glass and received a very prompt call back. The plumber (Austin I believe) rearranged his Saturday morning plans and was onsite within an hour to replace the old sump pump. I would definitely recommend them.

Very personable and proficient. They did a good job and were very quick. This is a company who has been around for a long time. Although they seem to be old fashioned in some ways with their marketing and billing, they are a small local business who really care and give good customer service.

Our kitchen sink was leaking and it was repaired in a quick, professional manner within the same day. The cost was also very fair. The staff (from the receptionist who answered the phone to the plumber himself) was also very courteous. Will definitely be calling this company again if/when we have plumbing issues.

I needed a dishwasher installed at the last minute and called Plumbing and Glass Services. Having used their services before I was confident in their knowledge and expertise. They had a plumber over to our house within 20 minutes and he did a great job, taking care to assure everything was installed and fit correctly. All tests completed successfully. This type of service and attention is not always common today. I would highly recommend Plumbing and Glass Services.
