Gene's Plumbing

I had a kitchen drain problem. I called Gene's and set up an estimate appointment. They sent out their tech Michael. He assessed the problem and they gave me a price. I had an issue with my dishwasher being in the way, but once I took care of that, he called, then came and finished the job. He showed me the clogged up pipe, and ran the water, to make sure that the problem was fixed. I would definitely used them again.

This place is awesome! Old antiques working stoves from the 1930-40s plus many other old, cool home furnishings from pre 1960s. Also they specialize in hard to find plumbing products like diverter stems and such.

The have lots of different things to sell .needed a seal for the bathroom faucet no one else had it .the house is real old and it is very hard to find. Replacement parts .Gene's plumbing has a variety of old and new items .

Came out in a timely manner fix the problem with the sink next time I need someone I'll call gene's plumbing again for repair

I set an appointment for a toilet to be installed. They came and installed it in less than an hour! I was charged by the hour and that was very important. It was tremendously better than the quote of 500.00 to 700.00 that was given by Casteel just to set a toilet. I will always chose you guys for my plumbing needs!

No plumbing issues this time. I wanted to change my shower head. They installed it with no problem. Very nice guys..alwsys.

If you can't find out anywhere else, they probably will have it.

This place is decent for emergency service, but I tried to have them do more extensive work and never got an estimate, just the run-around and delays. They repeatedly told me they would call me and I finally just realized they never would. It's already been 16 days since the last contact and nothing. I could have gotten another estimate sooner, if they'd just told me they didn't want the work. Luckily I moved on the another contractor, but I wasted 2 whole weeks waiting on them to get back to me before I engaged their replacement.
