I had to use their after hours emergency service. Mike came over right away and solved the problem very quickly. He was honest with me and his prices are very fair. I have been looking for a go to plumber in the Madison/Verona area for several years. Now thanks to Sheldon Plumbing, I have finally found one.

I do not often leave reviews, but I feel the exceptional service we received from Sheldon warrants one. We have had a nightmare with our new home and the water heater the previous owner left behind. I will not go through the long and drawn out story, but Korey and Karl did everything in their power to make things right with us. Even Mike came out on a Friday night and showed my husband where on the electric panel and which wiring was causing the issue and made sure we had hot water. When you are a new homeowner sometimes you do not know where to turn, but I can confidently say everyone at Sheldon Plumbing truly cares about the work they do. I would recommend Sheldon to anyone. Always helpful and responsive. Have used both their regular and emergency services and have been completely satisfied. A+ service!
