My husband and I have continually booked RMT services at Sanctuary Spa for the last 2 years - it's our go to Spa in York Region! I will definitely be returning to Sanctuary Spa in Newmarket & would highly recommend. Upon arrival, you are greeted at the door and welcomed into the sitting area until your scheduled service. There are 2 flavoured water choices, a fruit bowl and a plate of cookies for guests to enjoy while quiet relaxation music plays in the background. Each RMT that my husband and I have met has been extremely friendly, welcoming and has regularly checked-in to make sure we are enjoying our service. We always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

Sanctuary remains my number 1 "go to" spa. I have been visiting for a few years now and wont go anywhere else. Everyone who works there from the front desk and staff members are very friendly and personable. You feel pampered from the moment you enter and throughout your visit. It has a very tranquil atmosphere and so if your feeling stressed this is your place to help you feel relaxed and tranquil. Their customer service is top notch. They always want to make sure your visit has met your expectations. Thank you Sanctuary. I hope to be visiting for many more years to come.☺
