Our friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff will listen to your needs and address your concerns to provide the best possible service. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Even after I cheated on my stylist a few times she still welcomes back with open arms to fix the damage I've done haha. The service is always on point and I'm never not happy with the finished project. I recently had a hair emergency and was able to get an appointment within 48 hours to fix a complete mess and walked out feeling confident again. 

Just note they are known for their quality so it's not the easiest to get an appointment especially with my favourite, Hayley, and Aveda is on the pricier side.

Always love going to fame.  I've had several hair dressers do my hair over the years (with no complaints about any of them) but Hayley is my favourite! But she books up so fast!

This is the worst hairstylist salon. The hairstylists have tayoos on their armd and they often smoke and never was their hands. The colorist is very rude. Theor bathroim is very durty and yhe reception stafg are very rude

I had my hair cut with Tami and it was great! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! Love the new look and overall really enjoyed the whole experience. I already prebooked my next appointment and i'm very excited for it!

My mom is a loyal client. She called to make an appointment and the girl offered her a time. She asked my mom to repeat her name and then stated that she is no longer allowed to make appointments due to 2 appointments missed without cancellation, when in fact, she called to CANCEL her 1st and I called to POLITELY CANCEL her 2nd. She booked afer those two missed appointments as well. I don't understand why now she can't. I work in the beauty industry and this to me is UNHEARD of. The client should always come first. She only goes here and now we have an important event and she isn't allowed to book?! I am disgusted with that service!
