Comfy decor, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Went for a manicure, and it was lovely. The esthetician took her time and was very skilled, I left feeling pampered. The polish didn’t last a week though, which likely has more to do with my life style than the product or application. I recommend coming here if you are looking for a quiet and personal treatment.

The lady doing my eyebrows was amazing. Very precise, and nicely shaped brows. She applied tea tree oil after and kept the natural shape. I am very pleased, she also threaded the hair all around my brows too. Great value for the services. I will be going back

I've been a client at Balsam for a few years now as they are one of the few spas around that does facial threading, but I've continued going there instead of driving to the GTA because of the warm atmosphere and great service. The level of customer service I've received there every time I've had an appointment has been excellent, which has kept me coming back repeatedly as a satisfied customer. The employees are very friendly and helpful, booking an appointment is a breeze and the service is wonderful. I have yet to try any of their other services, but I will definitely go to them first when I do. I highly recommend this spa!

My go to place for massage and pedicures. The staff are extremely nice, booking is easy and there are complimentary drinks and snacks to round off your visit. Prices are reasonable. You get what you pay for and I enjoy quality treatments/experience as opposed to sweat shop style pedicures. Environment is extremely clean and you're relaxed from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend for anyone look for a spa day!

The staff were friendly by my manicure only lasted 1 day before chipping and peeling off. My pedicure started to chip within 1 week. I am not impressed with the quality of the manicure and pedicure for the cost charged. I get better quality from my local nail shop at half the price.
