I started seeing Kelly after many recommendations from friends. I have never been to a health care practitioner that has been so caring, knowledgeable, and literally life-changing as Kelly. When I first started seeing Kelly, I had tried to conceive for over a year. After the 3rd month of acupuncture for fertility, I finally got pregnant! She supported me through acupuncture throughout my entire pregnancy and beyond for any health issues I've had. I'm amazed at how effective acupuncture is for major and minor health problems, or for the maintenance of good health. Kelly has also been incredible since my son has been born and with my 4 year old. She provides meal plans for their various stages, supported me through sleep and other challenges I encountered with my new baby since birth. I would recommend Kelly to anyone and tell everyone I know and meet about her because I can't imagine being in the care of anyone else!

I've been going to lifestyles for two years and couldn't be happier with the service that I receive there. Kelly goes above and beyond for her clients and always ensures the best care. I started going to see Kelly to help regulate my cycle. I had cervical cancer and after being given the all clear, my cycles were close to 40 days long with periods lasting two weeks. It was Kelly that was able to help regulate my cycle now down to 31 days with a regular 5 days pd. Not only that but I've never been healither thanks to her nutritional advise. To top it off she is one of the most caring, kind and thoughtful people I know. A combination truly difficult to find these days. I highly recommend lifestyles!

Kelly is one of the kindest, warmest people I have ever met. She always makes me feel calm and safe. I have been going to Kelly for 3 years for different services and she offers the best acupuncture, cupping etc. She has helped me tremendously with my health and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Her customer service is top notch and very respectful. I highly recommend her services and will continue to be a client for many years to come. Thank you Kelly for everything you do.

Through some of the toughest moments of my life Kelly has personally been there to help me through with her treatments, kind words, and her friendship and generosity. She is warm, kind, compassionate and really makes sure your treatment plans are catered to your individual needs. My entire family and extended family have been going to see Kelly for the past few years and we are regulars, as her treatments are undeniably effective and incredible. You're seriously missing out if you have not been to see Kelly...and that is not an exaggeration. Acupuncture was life changing and not only did it help with specific issues such as back issues and bad cramping but it also really helps to keep you level and calm and balanced. I love Kelly and she will forever be an important part of this family!

I have been seeing Kelly for 6 years now. She has treated me through many fertility issues and sport related injuries. She is by far the best ever and is so sincere and very caring. She has helped me in so many ways and she is always so great to talk to. I love how accommodating she is as I can call her up last minute and she can fit me in to see her. She has also given me some treatments for my little one for when she is sick. I go to Kelly for my essential oils, herbal remedies and drinks. They are amazing and have treated so many things for me and my daughter that are natural. I love going to see Kelly as it is such a relaxing experience and I feel so good afterwards. Simply the best!
