This Spa was excellent! They have great new renovations and the owner is very nice and professional.

Dipped the same stick for waxing the entire session. Used the same waxing sheet until she couldn't anymore. Did not tweeze away hair the wax couldnt get. Horrible. Edit: increased to 2 stars because I receieved a call from Village Med Spa who apologized for the service i received. Offered a full refund and promised to talk to the lady who did my brazillian wax. I opted not to take the refund and leave my review on google. The reason why I didnt take their offer is because when I told her what I thought was wrong during the session, she made no effort to correct it. For example, when i pointed out I still had hair on me the wax didn't get, she applied more wax in an attempt to get it off. It didn't work and I told her other places usually tweeze those ones off. She ignored it and said that I was done.
