We went on a Tuesday night, off season. We arrived 45 minutes before closing, and the staff made us feel like they couldn’t wait to close. Every request like hot water or where to pay on our part seemed to be too much to ask. They closed at 8:30pm that night which seems outrageously early to close, even in Victoria (for those who think it is a quiet city). The menu is generic, but there is choice. The food is ok/good. The waitress shoved the bill on the table as soon as one of our dishes was ready to be taken away, without asking and although one of us was still working on their dish.

Best overall Vietnamese experience in Victoria. Fantastic pho and vermicelli dishes and service that is unique and enjoyable (sometimes the owner will talk you out of one dish into another similar one - this may no be everyone's cup of tea but I like it). I've been enjoying this place since it was a little hole in the wall next the Odeon 15+ years ago.
