Tacofino

My husband and I have been to a few tacofino. This was the second time we went to this location. We both ordered 1 fish taco and 1 crispy chicken taco.nThe fish taco, as usual, was delicious. However, the crispy chicken taco was basically inedible. It was overcooked, very dry, and barely had any meat. We could barely chew through whatever was in our taco.nBased on our previous experience and the overall reviews, we were not expecting the tacos to be that bad. The tacos aren’t exactly cheap either. Thankfully the fish tacos were somewhat filling.

What a fantastic experience! Food may seem pricey, the portions for the fried chicken were massive. They were perfectly seasoned with a a perfect level of crisp. The woman who took my order was helpful and patient. The guys cooking in the back were great people and good at their job. 5/5 all the way.

We've been loyal fans of Tacofino since their days on Fort Street, and it's still our top pick for tacos in town. Their crispy chicken and steak tacos are absolute winners in our book. While my friend swears by the fish tacos over the crispy chicken, I can't get enough of the crunch and flavor in every bite. While the price per taco might not be the cheapest around, the fantastic flavor and generous portions make it worth every penny. Just two tacos each, and we were completely satisfied. This place comes highly recommended from us!

Great tacos, I had the crispy chicken and my wife had the ling cod. Love the chili oil on the crispy chicken taco. Friendly and quick service. Good location. Thanks for lunch!
