First time I ate here I was blown away by the delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, and clean and inviting environment. I’ve since enjoyed Baan Thai time and time again. Sadly my last experience here has left me hesitant to go back. We walked in at 3:50 thinking we’d make it in time for the lunch combo, sat yourselves, our server came over greeted us by dropping the menus on the table and walks off to continue her conversation with a friend at the bar. We were one of two occupied tables in an otherwise empty restaurant. At 4:01 she comes back to take our order. We asked for the special, and were told. “Sorry it’s after 4, you can’t order the lunch combo.” I mentioned that we’d been sitting there for 10 minutes so we’d really appreciate it if she’d make an exception. “The computer doesn’t work like that...” Was her answer. Regardless we were pretty hungry, so we ordered a couple things to share. Obviously we had irritated her, as she made it very apparent by ignoring us for the rest of the duration, never brought us water, or checked in, I even had to walk up and interrupt her convo with her friend to ask for our bill.. Made us feel like we had done something horrible for asking about the special. But as usual, the food was just as delicious as ever. Too bad for the terrible service. 😕

Good food, friendly staff and good prices. It's busy at lunch time so make sure to get their early.

Good place to eat Thai food. My friend and I ordered a Phad Thai and fried rice each, and it was delicious. But it was a bit salty to me... so if you don't like salty food, I recommend you to ask them less salty dishes.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The server took a little too long getting us our bill when we were ready to go.
