I have been shopping most of my grocery shopping in this store for over sixteen years. I am very satisfied with the whole experience and the service I have received from each section. The store is always clean and organized, the products are fresh and good quality, the customer service is absolutely good. At this time, I want to share my experience with Ruby, the florist:nHer floral designs are not only beautiful but also thoughtfully arranged to suit any occasion. Whether you're looking for a simple bouquet or something more elaborate, Ruby goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied.nThe flowers are fresh, vibrant, and arranged with a perfect touch of creativity. On top of that, her friendly and professional attitude makes the entire experience even more enjoyable.nIf you're ever in need of a talented and reliable florist, I can't recommend Ruby at Safeway Robson enough. The cashiers are excruciatingly slow not to mention understaffed on weekend mornings the staff at the self-checkout are unhelpful and condescending, and they do not stock their meat department sufficiently. Over the last few months, on several occasions, they did not have what we were looking for at the butcher- pork shoulder, ground pork and regular ground beef. We have been avoiding this Safeway in favour of other stores in the area but had to go today and were quickly reminded why we have been going out of our way to other grocers.
Good amount of parking and also street access. Took back chicken drumsticks 24 hour before their best before date bought through ubereats. They did not refund but exchanged for a fresher pack and gave cash back for the $1.10 price difference. While there I browsed a decent amount of good deals and good looking products.
We recently ordered a cake for our daughter’s birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! The design, the taste—everything exceeded our expectations. We want to give a special thank you to Sijenee, the talented decorator, for her incredible work. Your attention to detail and creativity truly made the cake a highlight of the celebration. We’re so grateful!nThe only issue is the size and the price of cake which didn’t match
