Probably my favourite No Frills as it has good deals and is clean. I will say that it’s incredibly difficult to manoeuvre around this store, and the number of boxes out on the floor and haphazard locations makes it difficult to browse. Additionally, the buildings pillars are in rough spots at times making severe pinch points while blocking view of many products. If you are in a mobility scooter or use a wheelchair I would strongly recommend coming early to this location or coming prepared.
The staff didn't let me take the black gasket to my parked car and return it, instead I had to carry a bulky cardboard box that was difficult to handle because of its size, and i returned it anyway.nnI don’t understand why this couldn’t have been accommodated. It doesn’t make sense from a customer service perspective. In retail, you should always try to make things as convenient as possible for the customer, so they will return to your store.nnThis was not a good customer service experience.
I would give this place six stars if I could. However, despite saying that the veggies on fruits are a little bit random. Make sure you check what you are getting as sometimes the fruits are a little too young or a little too old. However, the price is quite decent. It is a very busy grocery store and the best value in the neighborhood by far that does result in some foods being sold out specifically meats, the team seems to put a lot of effort into restocking the shelves on a very regular basis. Keep an eye out for their mega deal that are not advertised as they try to get rid of stock...
Hello,nI am an Uber driver doing shop-and-deliver orders, and I would like to report an issue I experienced with one of your staff members.nI asked for assistance in locating plain Greek yogurt. Instead of helping properly, the staff member directed me to the produce section while he continued restocking items. When I went there, there was no Greek yogurt—only Siggi’s products. I returned to him, and later I saw him provide the exact Greek yogurt I was looking for to another customer.nThis situation was frustrating because I am also working and trying to complete deliveries efficiently. I approached him politely, but I felt I was not treated with respect. It seemed like I was not taken seriously, possibly because I look young.nI hope you can remind your staff to treat all customers with equal respect and provide proper assistance, regardless of age. Good customer service is very important, especially for those of us working under time pressure.nThank you for your attention to this matter.
Regularly has great deals and markdowns, which can help a lot. Free parking in the back. Since it’s quite a popular location, they’re always stocking the shelves and it can be quite hectic like others mentioned. Still my favourite location.
