I frequently shop at this location prior to going into my office for the day , the layout is straight forward and they tend to have items on special that require refrigeration or frozen items near front of store on the left if facing the front .nnunder a $4.88 sign , they had about 20 packages of /mushroom pork sui mai frozen good price so I went to purchase . after looking at my bill it showed a price of 7.88 that was charged . I went back to verify price and showed clerk the same ... he says it was for a different item , yet their were 20 packages under the price .nninstead of honoring the price , he says I will just give you a refund even after I said I would purchase for the price showing..nvery bizarre , here is the kicker ... that was at 8:30 am , I went back tot he store after work at 3:30 .. nothing changed ... sign still the same .. all unsuspecting customers .. double check check your bill .
Accurate name if FRILLS means FOOD. Every time I come here with a list of more than 10 things they are always out of at least one. Decent prices and specials when they have stock.
Truly no frill. The interior is stark and no frill too. The produce section is relatively small, compared to a Superstore.nnSimilar prices as in a Superstore on many items, such as bananas. Some items a bit cheaper.nnA very large packaged food section with isles after isles of pre-packaged foodsnnCheck out is not too busy. And there are self-checkout tills.nnVisa is not accepted. Only Mastercard.
Rude store managernHad extremely worst experience with this no frills. I went this nofrills today for exchange avocados bought a month ago. The avocado stayed in room temperature for a week and never get ready. Then it went bad right away.nSo I talked with ALICEstore manager, she mentioned policy refund within 14days unkindly. I didn’t even want to refund and wanted to get something else instead of Avocados.nI don’t really understand the store got me the faulty product and the store manager Alice didn’t even get me refund or exchange.nThe avocado value was just $5, I totally wasted my time and spoiled my day.nVERY DISAPPOINTED ON YOUR SERVICE!
3rd time shopping here, so far loving the prices and the parking. Today got a pack of 24 eggs, 9 of which were broken and already rotten My bad for not checking it in the store, but wish the staff would do this...
