I don’t understand the lack of mojos just make more? Running out just order more? Every time I come here which is a lot because I live close they are out what’s the deal? Pls I just want mojos
Previously, I had a terrible experience at Safeway. The younger Persian cashier was not only rude but also unnecessarily chatty, making the whole transaction uncomfortable.nOn top of that, I couldn't help but notice that he sneaks onto the transit bus without paying, and it seems like the older gentleman family member?with him was doing the same. I’m not sure why he doesn't just pay for transit if he's getting paid by Safeway.
I went to pick up my Food Hero order, clicked the button to notify for pick-up before I was even in the store, shopped for other items and customer service notified someone, supposedly, to bring out my order. I waited for half an hour standing in front of customer service and had to abandon it and request a refund on the app.
I like the hot bar for lunch but the customer service is horrible. To the deli ladies ignoring you or being slow to the condescending pharmacist , this place sucks for customer service.
I shop at this Safeway regularlynThe staff and management team have improved so much over the yearsnI'm a first nations woman and mother I also suffer with mental health challenges and cannot be stalked/followed by men and they don't do it like they doing it at the rest of the stores in the lower mainland
