Safeway Garneau

Nice smaller Safeway, good deli selection. Selection of some other items is limited due to the smaller size. Nice store to shop at, not to crowded and we'll maintained.

For a grocery store on Whyte It has always held a unique vibe that no other Safeway can. May it be the closeness of the university or the edgy style of Whyte. Both employee and customer mesh well in the atmosphere. I went simply for crackers and gatoraid. But left feeling full of energy. Very good vibes here.

The pork tenderloin was on for half price! Also bot some great Zero non alcoholic wine. Safeway had everything we were looking for.

They have done a great job on renovations to create a cleaner more stocked store. Decent fruit/veggie selection and all the standard items plus a hot and coli deli dept. Always an interesting mix of students and locals.

Easily the quietest safeway there is. But that enjoyment is taken away, the fact that you can find management openenly berating the employees in front of customers. These are people who work here not drones, makes me want to avoid this location

Small Safeway, and not the biggest selection, but I am thankful for it being here:. Been coming to this location for years. Great to have for the community.

It's so odd but I go to safeway primarily for their organic free range eggs. I always feel like they tastes more egglike than other brand's eggs. Their fruits and vegetables are usually fresh and I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh okros the last time I visited.

For a quick stop it’s good. I like how early it is open. Sadly it’s too small for my weekly shops. The front line staff are quite nice.

I would always buy my Nimbus Water Refill from this Safeway location. Parking space is wide enough specially during rush hours. The staff were very helpful enough specially when I started buying my water and showed me how to buy from the Self-Checkout. Produce here in Safeway is the best.
