Alice just helped my fiancé and I purchase our first apartment and there are not enough words to express how incredible she is. She’s honest, available at literally all hours of the day and responds quickly, and she genuinely wants what’s best for you. In the span of about 72 hours, we started our property search, viewed an amazing apartment, and had an offer accepted for below asking. I’m not kidding when I say Alice is a powerhouse. Even though we had a very modest budget, we were never made to feel less important or like we weren’t worth her time. She answered all of our stupid questions and calmed me down on several occasions when I was feeling anxious about the process. We’ll absolutely be using her services again in the future and will recommend her to everyone we know.
