Had high expectations. ordered baby back ribs 2 of us , pasta n 2 more dishes . Food was in in between lukeworm n cold. service was pretty good . food is below par. 2 stars for food . 4 stars for service .ambience is 3 stars. whoever gave them 5 stars must be drunk or related to them. . Turtle jacks is much better .

Great place to go to after 4pm. Going in the morning would be a big mistake. Theirs an Asian guy there who has no clue about anything. He had no idea or knowledge about anything. All i asked for was battery wraps and didnt know what the hell i was talking about. Also seen him clueless with other customers when they needed coils and i was the one to help him out because the guy would have sold the customer the wrong coils. On the other hand, the guys working in the afternoon and evening are awesome and very helpful but please do something about that morning shift because i was frustrated with trying to explain something as simple as a battery wrap and just walked out.

Amazing staff & selection! Staff are very down to earth & helpful ! Prices are the best in the city by a longshot! Great family atmosphere & the owner is very understanding & a great person deal with , only vape /bong shop i deal with! Highly recommend

I was very new and inexperienced walking into this store. I left satisfied and well knowledge of what I was making a new change too. The gentlemen are very knowledgeable and have great customer service.

Great place to pick up your needs for vaping. All the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable on all items in store. Good prices from e- juice to mods. You also get perks for you purchases. The good thing about Roxy Vape is that it is also located in a convenience store so you could also pick up your munchies for the road. thanks guys "YOU GUYS ROCK"
