Staples Dundas/Hwy 427

So lame... We went there just to send a FAX. It's self service, but you need to pay at the counter. The lady that was at the counter saw us and saw us use the FAX machine... It took us less than a minute to send the FAX and then we are both there waiting at the counter to pay. My husband said leave the $2 on the counter and let's get out of here. She was truly ignoring us on purpose. She looked at us and still didn't care to come serve us. A few minutes later, she walks to us and said: Next time just go pay at any other cash register. (???) We're here and this is where we got the service we needed, you are here - JUST DO YOUR JOB!! She started to punch in the price for the cost of the FAX, it came up at $30,000 (!!!!) she didn't even noticed and didn't care to, so I said: Looks like we are buying the whole store!! She was obviously not amused by my comment and the fact that we disturbed her and got her to do her job for 1 minute. All-In-All what should've been a quick FAX service left us wasting 10 minutes of our time. I will never go back there just because of that one lame woman that doesn't want to do her job!!

Usually has a good stock of the items I need for the office. They take airmiles. They could improve their recycle depot drop off.
