Bought a new road bike and had my first bike fitting experience at Trek Bicycle Mississauga Store. Rick took the time to explain the bike features, correct seat height, pedalling technique….I walked out feeling confident….2023 will be my best outdoor cycling year. I was impressed by the expertise of the staff who helped me to choose and order my Trek gravel bike. When it arrived, the knowledgeable staff helped to make sure that the bike fit properly. They also recommended pedals for my individual riding style, along with the necessary gear for the bike. Highly recommend the Trek Bicycle Mississauga Store!
Martin, Rick and the team at Trek Mississauga did an awesome job giving my Trek mountain bike a well-deserved overhaul. I had put that bike through a lot, and was so pleased that they addressed everything including some major items covered under Trek's warranty. They went the extra mile to work with Trek to make sure all the necessary components were taken care of. It took a moment for me to recognize my bike when they rolled it out - looked fantastic! I just took it out for some fun on the trails and rocks today and it runs like the day it was new. Thanks everyone.
Since the pandemic, I have encountered nothing but professional and courteous staffs Roel, Asa, Martin, Niah, Rick at Trek Mississauga. Yes, they may have fielded many strange and ridiculous inquiries and maybe mine is no different. Yes, they are human beings and what they say can be negatively perceived but overall my experience has been amazing. They respond back in timely manner and they don't give you the run around or attitudes. They will tell you either they can do it, or they can't. They have accommodated to my requests so far and when possible documented our interactions in detailed. It takes a lot for someone like me to switch from riding only Specialized to now riding a Trek bikes. Please continue the great work you do here at the store. You got a repeat customer. Thanx
While the 4 month wait was long due to supply shortages, I drove to the store on 8/19/22 5 minutes after getting the text letting me know my bike was ready for pickup. Upon arriving, I was greeted by two young men, one of whom assisted me during my time in the store. As promised, new pedals, lights, and a bell were installed. I spent 10 minutes trying on shoes and decided to go with the recommendation of Niah from our earlier email exchanges see below. I opted to change out the grips and it was done while I paid the bill as was adjusting the suspension for my weight Note: a Tech had called earlier in the day to get my weight. But I missed the call. My new colleague then wheeled my Roscoe 9 out to my car and showed me how to remove the thru axle and install a spacer in the front brake pads. We loaded the bike and he reminded me of the 90 day period during which I could bring the bike in for any cable or other adjustments. He also ran through a variety of tips regarding bike care and promised to send me all the information via email as well arrived before my 15 minute drive home was finished!. The team members were great, the store is well located and sparkles, and my bike is infinitely better and lighter than my now retired 25 year old Rocky Mountain Hammer Race. While the in store service was excellent, it was my first trip to the store. I had reached out via email in April, connected with Niah who runs the store, and used email and e transfer to specify the bike I wanted and to pay the deposit. Niah recommended shoes and pedals when I ordered the bike. The pedals were installed and the recommended shoes fit once the team member who was helping me measured up both of my feet.Niah and team run a solid shop. went here to bring the fat tubeless tire i bought online from other retailer and asked them to help put it on the wheel rim bead. they did their best to help me out, tried different kinds of things, they weren't able to seat the tire on the bead because the tire has issues, it was too loose. they didn't asked me to pay even they made an effort to try it out. i appreciate that they tried many things. before going here in Trek shop, i went to the local bike shop along derry rd west and winston churchill, they didn't do much effort on trying unlike here in Trek they tried all sort of things. going forward i will go here in Trek for my bike needs because i see that the service team is dedicated and knowledgeable.
Fantastic experience working with Rick and his team. If you’re in the market for a new bike, Trek bikes are on a level of their own and so are the folks that represent them.
At the Trek Mississauga store, you will get a high level of service during the shopping as well as maintenance of your new bike. The team in this store is highly technical and also excels in customer service. I highly recommend the Trek Mississauga store.
Winter came very early this year and my fatbike was not ready for all that snow got last week. Brought my Trek Farley EX9.8 Fatbike in for a full suspension and pivot service. Was expecting not to be ready for at least a week. Martin and the Trek service team got my bike back after a day! Amazing prompt service and my fatbike rode like it was brand new again! Kudos to Trek Mississauga for superior service and excellent job well done! Highly recommend Rick amd team for all your Trek needs!
