Canadian Tire

Worst place. Charged me $30 labor to change a small light bulb. Don't go there to do any auto service, unless you wanna waste your hard earn money.

Staff here was not very knowledgeable. They were not very helpful and they refused to price match. I had to further escalate the price match situation up until I met with the high manager and she finally price match. In this day and age with dominating online presence it’s shocking to me that a big box store like Canadian tire would only do a local price match. Come on Canadian tire you are better than that.

i hate this place. I came here to get a pair of skates and i grabbed a pair and took a quick look at it, and saw it had been bought before. I politely asked the manager Annie, for a discount, and she rudely said no and interrupted me many times. She then came with three boxes of size 8 skates which were the ones i had in my hand. I asked to have a discount on the ones that had been bought before and she proceeded to interrupt me and laugh at me. I hope you guys get a clue and fire Annie before she assaults more workers and customers.

We bought a battery from the auto department. Romi was so helpful with showing us what our options were. The store in Heartland was not able to tell us the type of battery we needed for our car. Romi should go there and train the staff.

Worst service ever in the auto section!!!! Untrained personal working the counters with zero customer service or operational skills. Aside from the long wait, which is understandable in the holiday season, I had an additional hour of wait because the people behind the counter couldn’t feed the receipt machine with a new role. Never coming back here for a service! MERRY Christmas!
