I had wanted a rack for my kayak and had been putting it off for various reasons. I went in to Rack Attack last week and spoke to Jordan. Jordan was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted and needed. After the install Jordan spent the proper amount of time to get me comfortable and in under a week from my first arrival I was on my way. So nice to get such quality service from people, highly recommend Rack Attack for your needs.
Really great experience buying a Thule Alpine carrier. The team tested my car with the demo unit to confirm fit and finish. I ultimately bought the most expensive unit as it is by far sturdier than the basic. The whole process took longer to decide on the product than the time it took to get it installed and paid for. All in all a great experience.
Shoutout to Nick! He helped us grab another great Thule product for our bikes. Also recommended a hitch extender by Yakima for clearance. Finally he got our locks sorted with our Thule crossbars. Thanks Nick! Hope to see you soon
Just purchased the Yakima Ski Carrier for my Tesla. Functional, easy and quick and looks stunning. Great service from Rack Attack. I had an issue with a screw and they fixed it right away. I also purchased the Yakima bike rack few years ago and it’s great !
I don't remember the gentleman's name I was dealing with but the customer service was excellent! We dropped our vehicle off and had a new rack system in no time at all. Will definitely return in the near future!
Staff was great! Had them install a Rhino Rack Pioneer with Backbone system on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara 4dr. Excellent job! I was concerned since it meant drilling holes in my hardtop. It only took 2 1/2 hours and looks factory. I dealt with Harmeet, very professional and knows his stuff. Made me feel comfortable with the process. It was easy to tell they've done this before and couldn't be more pleased! Great job,Well done!
Fantastic service from start to finish! I started with a simple Google search which led me to the website for Rack Attack where I was able to look at their extensive list of products that they have! I decided to call to get more information and called the store directly. My representative Jordan shared all the details with me, then sent me a quote and availability for installation! When I finally decided to go with their quote, I drive to the store same day, and was provided immediate and pronto service. I was told an hour for install and it was much quicker than that. The rep took care of everything including providing me instructions and showed me ask I needed to know to work my new kayak rack! Very impressive and will definitely recommend to everyone for future outdoor requirement needs for their vehicles! They have the coolest and latest gadgets too in store to look at
I have been going to this location for 20+ years. I recently had an issue of my own doing with one of my roof racks and it had to be reinstalled. The team at Dundas fixed the issue quickly and waived all fees to fix the issue. These guys are first class and I highly recommend them! Thank you very much for the great service Justin & Team!
Just had a new hitch installed on our Subaru Forester Wilderness and the installer did a great job! Bought our bike rack there as well, a Kuat Sherpa 2 and couldn’t be happier with it! All in all we had a great experience with everyone we were in contact with in the store. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend to family and friends.
For years when I have need racks, ski carriers, or parts the folks at Rack Attack have always come through. Recently they took the time to talk about the different racks Thule, Kaut, et al and in the end I got the rack that best suited my needs, its ready to roll with the fat bike and the full suspension bike.
