Rouemanie (La)

Love this store because of its personalized service and good advice. Because of my weight I need a very sturdy bike and a good pair of roller blades that would not break after a few miles. I am very satisfied. Also went back for maintenance and was satisfied with that too.

I bought an expensive road bike there in 2011 because no one else had the model I was looking for. The service was okay but unfriendly. I've since moved, so when I started experiencing trouble this summer, I took the bike to a local shop. They took one look at the bike and asked me if I had assembled it myself (nope, all done by Rouemanie - in fact they wanted an extra two days after purchase to finish the adjustments) - the mechanics at my local shop (a very well-known bike store) said the assembly was one of the worst they had ever seen! Apparently all my troubles with the shifter and front derailer could be traced by to improperly installed cabling. Never again!

Ça fait plusieurs années que je fais affaire à la rouemanie. Le propriétaire me donne toujours un excellent service. Un service rapide et courtois.

"Le service est "correct" mais il faut insister un peu pour l'obtenir." MAJ 25/mai/2017 C'était mon opinion au début, le service s'est grandement amélioré. Peut-être n'était-ce qu'un petit problème de communication. Je recommande cette boutique !
