I just had my bike tuned up at Rossi and I am very pleased with the result. The bike is riding much smoother and is also much cleaner! Great job compared to other bike shops I have been to. Also very reasonable pricing, friendly and polite staff. Thank you!!! Satisfied customer.

I would like to thank bicyclettes Rossi for the great customer service. Miguel , Craig and the whole staff took their time to adjust my new bike and answer all my questions. It’s a bike shop with A1 service and I highly recommend it to everyone !
What a great store and staff. Was having trouble assembling a new bike. Called them and they said to bring it right in. And hour later, we left with a fully assembled bike at an incredibly reasonable price. Knowledgeable and friendly, this will absolutely be our go to for all things bike related!
Best bike store in Montreal. Small business with an efficient and knowledgable staff that go out of their way to help their clients. Good prices too. Also, they sell Colombian coffee from their family farm! Highly recommend overall!
Very supportive and cooperative people who know how to work on higher end bikes. Really satisfied.
Impatient and unprofessional staff. They tried to sell me a bike that was way too big for me. When we bought the rack they refused to show us how to install it and said it was a waste of their time unless we pay for the installation. They wanted us to take the sample bike and the sample seat, instead of giving us new ones, just to save their time. They were just too busy to serve us even if there were no bother clients in the store that day.
Fast, affordable and friendly service. I have been going there for years. Live in Pointe-Claire but always bring my bikes to Lachine to support this great local business. Keep up the good work!!
