I give the business a big fat less than 0 score. I have had a bike for three years and it has never worked properly. No support. Batteries dead so now the bike is worthless, they don't make a battery for it anymore. I am so fed up with it all.

Ce vélo est extraordinaire pour moi. Plus de peur d'avoir le vent de face en revenant d'une longue randonnée, je décolle très vite aux intersections de rues. Une excellente autonomie de la batterie en utilisant bien le gradateur d'effort et de sensibilité à la demande. Excellent produit assemblé au Canada. Félicitations!

Ca va faire pratiquement 6 mois que je suis propriétaire d'un vélo IGo MR29. Rien à dire de négatif à présent avec 1200 km au compteur. J'espère ça va continuer longtemps ainsi!
