Mark pushed through the snow in a storm to show us trucks we wanted to see. The purchase process was great and they accommodated our very busy schedule to make things work. Flawless delivery and great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Rose City. No pushy feelings or pressure.

My husband and I just bought a Dodge Journey from Anees at the Rose City dealership. Anees was friendly and attentive, and quite knowledgeable considering he's new to the dealership. He's got a bright future ahead of him-- thanks, Anees! Equally amazing was Julie in finance. She knows her stuff, and makes you want to invite her over for coffee (or wine)! It's a great team effort at Rose City as the receptionist was friendly and efficient, and both Craig and Keith were helpful in their specific jobs and mentoring Anees. All in all, we're very happy with our experience at Rose City. Quick, easy, friendly, excellent! :)

Will NEVER return to Rose City - ridiculous up selling of unnecessary, expensive services that probably catch a lot of people unaware. Had Rose City do an oil change for me, and they recommended a number of unnecessary services but made it sound like it was a recommended service interval based on the mileage of my vehicle; checked the owner's manual later and they're not even listed as necessary. Also added several fees onto my bill of stuff that they made sound like they were just going to "throw in" to the service, never once telling me they were actually going to cost X amount, etc. Very dishonest and misleading. If an otherwise unsuspecting customer would have said 'yes' to everything the service advisors were saying are necessary it would have cost over $1,000 - for an oil change and a bunch of unnecessary services! Go get second opinions, and steer clear.
