Worst service ever. I got charged more than I was told but when I called I spoke to John who said he is the general manager and without even listening to my concern, John called me a lier. So I called back and asked to leaves message for the owner and John came back online and told me that I can't leave a message for the owner and then told me that they have my information at the dealership, not sure what that meant. John was very unprofessional and rude and will not allow me to leave a message for the owner and the staff were transferring me to John instead of the owner. I have never seen such bad service.

I recently travelled to Niagara Falls and my vehicle broke down on the first day. Brought to Autoline Toyota. I am really impressed with the service I received. They honestly explained that with the radiator replacement and transmission flush, I had 50% chance that the result would be positive. Thank God and staff there, my van got fixed. Rebecca and a manager-like fellow are very helpful. A mechanic by the name Rob patiently explained what happened to my vehicle and what to expect on the road. I am grateful of what I received.

It can be up and down with Autoline: bought a great car there that has met our needs in a nearly perfect way for three years. But when we first bought it, it wasn't ready when we went to get it. We weren't called. Then just recently my wife waited too long for service on our vehicle and the service manager went out of his way to give her a free car cleaning worth $90. We like the car and the people do try to do their best. Its just that the service can be a little hit and miss.

Called the service manager Amadeus and never received a call back at all. Went to Welland Toyota and was a nice change
